The terms that apply to your job

Quotes & estimates

Quotes given by chat, phone, email or in person are estimates based on what you've described or photos you've sent. The final price is confirmed once we've seen the job or have all the details, before any work starts.

Deposits

Larger jobs (such as bathroom or kitchen installs, paving or groundwork) may require a deposit to cover materials and secure a start date. The remaining balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Booking & access

Please make sure someone is available at the property for the agreed time, with reasonable access to the work area.

Cancellations

We ask for as much notice as possible if a job needs to be moved or cancelled. Late cancellations, or access not being available on the day, may be subject to a reasonable charge to cover materials ordered or time reserved.

Workmanship & materials

Work is carried out to a professional standard using trade-quality materials. If anything about the finished job isn't right, let us know within a reasonable time and we'll come back and put it right.

Qualified trades

Plumbing and electrical work is carried out by qualified, certified tradespeople in line with current regulations.

Liability

We take care to protect your home and belongings while working, and carry public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to putting right work that falls below a reasonable standard.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless a deposit or staged payment schedule has been agreed beforehand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
